Orzennia checkout is powered by Shopify and participating payment providers. Available methods are displayed during checkout and may vary by location, currency, device, and provider availability.
Orders are subject to payment authorization and reasonable fraud-prevention review. A bank or payment provider may request verification, decline a transaction, or place a temporary authorization hold. Orzennia does not control an issuer's approval decision or the time required to release a hold.
Payment card details are transmitted to and processed by participating payment providers using their security controls. Orzennia does not store full payment-card numbers in its own store systems. No online system is completely risk-free, so customers should use trusted devices and networks and protect account credentials.
Product price, discount, shipping charge, applicable tax, and final order total are displayed before you submit payment. Currency-conversion charges, foreign-transaction fees, installment fees, or other issuer charges are determined by the customer's provider. Orders are billed by RESING CO., LIMITED, the company that operates Orzennia; the descriptor shown on your statement may differ from the store name.
If a payment is declined, confirm the billing details, available funds, issuer restrictions, and any verification request. For duplicate pending authorizations, contact the issuing bank; one may be a temporary hold rather than a completed charge.
