Your available choices

Depending on where you live and how your information is processed, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; to withdraw consent; to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; and to appeal certain decisions.

Submit a privacy request

Email service@orzennia.com with the subject line Privacy Request. Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide the email address associated with your store interaction. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, government identifiers, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Identity verification

To protect personal information, we may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and authority. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authorization, and we may verify the request directly with the consumer where permitted.

Advertising and cookie controls

Available cookie banners, store preference tools, browser controls, and device settings may allow you to manage analytics or advertising technologies. Where legally required and technically supported, we process recognized opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.

Email marketing

You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe link in the message. Transactional messages relating to orders, accounts, security, recalls, warranty, or support may still be sent.

Non-discrimination and appeals

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. If local law provides a right to appeal, request review by replying to the decision email or submitting a new message with the subject line Privacy Appeal.
