The store is operated by RESING CO., LIMITED, a company registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, of ROOM 605, 6/F, Fa Yuen Commercial Building, 75-77 Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR, trading as Orzennia. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company.
By submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies incorporated by reference, including our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and applicable warranty terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
We work to present product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and availability accurately. Display settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and product improvements may result in minor differences. Performance specifications describe intended or controlled-condition performance; real-world results vary with room size, layout, ventilation, air quality, maintenance, operating mode, and environmental conditions.
Orzennia products are consumer appliances and are not medical devices. Product information is not medical advice and does not replace diagnosis, treatment, professional care, or required building ventilation.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not by itself guarantee acceptance. We may verify payment, identity, address, inventory, purchase quantity, or suspected fraud before acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for payment failure, inventory issues, pricing or content errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, sanctions, export restrictions, or other lawful reasons. If a canceled order has been charged, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store and may change prospectively without notice. Applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and the final total are displayed before an order is submitted. Prices do not include import duty or local taxes that your country may charge on arrival. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Banks and payment providers control authorization holds, foreign-exchange fees, and posting times.
Promotions may include eligibility, product, quantity, timing, territory, or redemption limits. Unless expressly stated, promotional codes cannot be combined, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively. We may modify or end promotions as permitted by law.
Processing, delivery, returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the corresponding published policies. Ownership and risk of loss transfer as determined by applicable law and the delivery terms presented during checkout.
Eligible Orzennia products include a 1-year limited warranty against covered defects in materials and workmanship, running from the original date of purchase and subject to the warranty terms supplied with the product. Optional extended cover may be purchased separately. The warranty does not cover consumables such as replacement filters, normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, unauthorized modification, or operation contrary to instructions. It applies to the original purchaser. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
You are responsible for installation, electrical compatibility, cleaning, filter or component replacement, supervision, and operation in accordance with the product instructions. Stop using a product and disconnect power where safe to do so if it appears damaged, overheats, produces an unusual odor, or operates abnormally.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of use, data, revenue, or profit arising from a purchase or product use. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
We may update these terms prospectively. The version in effect when an order is accepted generally governs that transaction unless a change is required by law.
